Remember this is about getting the best out of yourself, over the whole distance and the three disciplines, so it is about making the best use of your limited resources, ‘time, money and energy.’


So we blend together swimming, biking, running and core/strength so we help you reach your potential.

To be able to reach your potential without getting injured, I believe in building a good base. I like to think that 100 hours is a nice round number, but it often depends on how much time you have and the distance you are training for.
