Running has one huge problem, injuries.
I come from a running background so I know.
There tend to be four reasons for this, building mileage to fast, running technique, changing running technique and running junk miles. Good running technique is good running technique, however different techniques within limits are suitable to different runners. So using a mixture of British Triathlon, Pose and Chi Running, we try to improve you without getting you injured.
Again we like two things, a video of you running and for you to do a Cooper Test.
We also use the VDOT system to give us an indication at what speed you should be doing your different running sessions.
